Workplace Coaching for ADHD
ADHD support for Employers & Organisations
I work with employers, HR teams, and managers who want to support neurodivergent professionals in a way that is practical, informed, and sustainable - not a tick-box exercise.
Many workplaces want to be more inclusive, but managers are often left unsure how to translate good intentions into day-to-day support. This is where I can help.
Drawing on my clinical ADHD background, coaching experience, and understanding of workplace systems, I support organisations to better understand ADHD and neurodivergence at work, respond more confidently to individual needs, and create environments where people are more able to work well without constantly masking, overcompensating, or burning out.
This support may include neurodiversity training for managers and teams, ADHD workplace coaching, guidance around reasonable adjustments, consultation for managers supporting neurodivergent team members, and support designing more ADHD-informed ways of working.
The aim is not to create performative inclusion. It is to build practical understanding, clearer communication, better support, and working environments that are more sustainable for both individuals and teams.
Access to Work Grant for ADHD
If you're employed in the UK, you may be eligible for Access to Work funding to cover the cost of ADHD coaching.
Access to Work is a government grant that supports employees with disabilities or health conditions, including ADHD, to access workplace adjustments and coaching. Many people don't realise coaching is covered.
The grant can fund:

Support with job applications and interview preparation if you're moving roles
Funding amounts vary based on circumstances, but the scheme can cover the full cost of coaching sessions.
