Meet Your Coach & Mentor
More Than Coaching - A Space to Meet Yourself
I’m Kat, the founder of Lumivera. I work with people who are thoughtful, capable, and often deeply sensitive - people who think a lot, feel a lot, and carry responsibility, yet sense they’ve become disconnected from themselves along the way.
My work is about helping you return to clarity, steadiness, and self-trust, so you can lead your life with intention rather than pressure - in your work, your relationships, and your everyday life.
This space was not created for constant striving or self-fixing. It exists for people who want a calmer mind, clearer direction, and a way of living that feels sustainable and true to who they are.
Many of the people I work with appear steady and capable on the outside. Internally, their experience can be very different - a busy or restless mind, emotional intensity, a sensitive nervous system, and a sense of needing to hold everything together. Over time, this can lead to quiet overwhelm, self-doubt, and disconnection from oneself.
I know this experience personally. Before supporting clients, I lived it. What changed things for me was not trying harder, but learning to listen inward with honesty and care - and to build ways of living and working that actually fit how I am.
My work is informed by both lived experience and professional training. I am ICF-accredited through the Institute of Coaching Mastery and bring a background spanning mental health, neurodevelopment, ADHD, neurodiversity-affirming practice, and digital health. Where helpful, I also work with ethical, human-centred uses of technology as quiet support for clarity and structure - never at the expense of humanity or depth.
The name Lumivera means light through truth. It reflects how I work: with honesty, compassion, and clarity, helping people simplify what feels overwhelming and move forward with greater steadiness and self-trust.
This is a collaborative space. I listen carefully, notice patterns quickly, and support you to engage in your own process - not to be fixed, but to come into clearer relationship with yourself. If this resonates, you’re welcome to explore the work further.
