Welcome - I’m Kat. I’m so glad you’re here.
I'm a clinical ADHD specialist and ICM Master Coach with 17 years healthcare experience, working with adults who think deeply, feel a lot, and want to move through life with more steadiness and self-trust.
My work is grounded in understanding rather than fixing. We look at how you think, feel, and respond in real life - especially under pressure - and build support that fits you.
The process is collaborative and practical, blending reflection with real-world experimentation. Alongside coaching, I work confidently with digital and AI-supported tools. When useful, I integrate simple, ethical technology aligned to your needs - to reduce mental load, support clarity, and help you follow through between sessions. Tools are always optional, tailored, and used in service of your nervous system, not productivity for its own sake.
