ADHD Coaching for Adults | Winchester, Hampshire | Online

Welcome
You don’t always need another strategy or better plan. Sometimes you need space to understand what is really happening and what will help.
My approach explores how ADHD affects the way you think, feel, respond and make decisions, while also considering the demands and environments around you.
The aim is greater self-understanding, self-trust and ways of working that fit you.
Areas of Expertise
ADHD can affect many areas of life at once - how you think, feel, work, communicate, manage demands and respond to pressure. These are some of the areas we can explore together to understand what is happening, reduce overwhelm and develop ways of navigating life that work better for you.

Understanding
ADHD & Yourself
Challenge long-standing self-doubt, recognise your strengths and build greater trust in yourself and your decisions.

Overwhelm
Mental Load
Make sense of everything competing for your attention, reduce mental clutter and create more space to think clearly.

ADHD at Work
Navigate workload, priorities, communication and expectations while developing ways of working that better fit how you operate.

Confidence
Self-Esteem
Build a clearer understanding of how ADHD shows up for you, so you can work with your brain rather than constantly against it.

Stress
Burnout
Recognise what drains your energy, understand your limits and develop ways of working that are more sustainable.

Parenting
with ADHD
Make sense of the demands of parenting alongside your own ADHD, reduce overwhelm and find approaches that work for your family.

Relationships
Communication
Build a clearer understanding of how ADHD shows up for you, so you can work with your brain rather than constantly against it.

Emotional
Intensity & Chaos
Explore how ADHD affects communication, boundaries and connection, and find healthier ways to navigate relationships.

Strategies That Fit You
Experiment with practical strategies, structures and ways of working that reflect your needs, strengths and real life.
The Human Behind The Practice
Meet Kat
Kat is a coach, mentor and Registered Nurse with almost 20 years of experience across healthcare, mental health, neurodiversity and complex care.
Her work with ADHD has grown from years of helping people understand what is happening beneath the surface, make sense of patterns, reduce overwhelm and find practical ways of working that fit the person rather than forcing the person to fit the system.
Her approach is integrative. The work can focus on what is happening practically, while also exploring the beliefs, emotional responses, patterns and experiences influencing how you think, feel and respond. Coaching, mentoring and psychoeducation are brought together depending on what is most useful.
The aim is not simply to understand what is happening. It is to create meaningful change in how you navigate work, relationships, confidence, emotional regulation, stress, identity and everyday life with ADHD.

How We Begin Together
2
Coaching Package
This work is bespoke and individually designed around you.
Sessions are 60–90 minutes and usually take place fortnightly, giving you space to reflect, integrate, and apply the work between sessions.
Support between sessions is included where agreed as part of our work together.

Complimentary Consultation
You don’t need to have everything worked out before we speak. The consultation is a focused conversation to understand what is happening, what you would like to change, and where support could make the biggest difference.
We can explore how ADHD is showing up in your life, what feels difficult or stuck, what is taking most of your energy, and what you would like to feel or do differently.
The aim is for you to leave with greater clarity about what you need, what your next step could be, and whether working together feels like the right fit.
