ADHD Coaching

For people with ADHD who want to understand themselves more deeply - not just manage symptoms, but truly get to know how their mind works.
You may know yourself to be capable, thoughtful, and intelligent, yet still feel overwhelmed, stuck, or quietly exhausted from the effort of managing your own mind. You might understand ADHD in theory, but struggle to recognise how it shapes your energy, emotions, focus, and daily rhythms day to day.
This work begins with curiosity rather than correction. Instead of asking how to fix yourself, we explore how ADHD actually shows up for you - in your body, your nervous system, your thinking, and your emotional patterns.
Over time, the focus shifts from managing ADHD to building a life that works with it. A rhythm that respects your energy. Structures that feel supportive rather than controlling. Ways of working, resting, relating, and creating that reflect who you actually are.
This work offers understanding, clarity, and room to choose. You remain the expert in your own experience. The role of this space is to help you listen more closely, experiment thoughtfully, and build from what is already true for you.
Relationship Coaching

This is a space for people who want better connection in their relationships but feel unsure how to get there.
You might be dealing with ongoing conflict, distance, or repeated misunderstandings with a partner, family member, friend, or colleague. You may be going through a breakup or divorce, trying to rebuild trust, find love or navigating tension at work - with a manager, a team, or people you’re responsible for.
You might notice the same patterns showing up again and again: overthinking conversations, holding back what you really want to say, feeling over-responsible, reactive, withdrawn, or unsure how to speak up without things escalating. You may feel less confident in relationships than you used to, or more affected by interactions than you’d like to be.
This work supports you to understand what’s happening underneath those patterns and to respond differently, without forcing change or blaming yourself.
The aim isn’t to make relationships perfect, but to support you to feel confident and resourced in how you navigate them - across different relationships and situations.
Welcome - I’m Kat. I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m an ADHD and relationship coach working with adults who think deeply, feel a lot, and want to move through life with more steadiness and self-trust.
My work is grounded in the belief that change doesn’t come from fixing yourself, but from understanding how you actually think, feel, and respond - especially under pressure. I offer a collaborative space where reflection, experimentation, and real-life application happen together.
My work is informed by both lived experience and professional training. I have worked across mental health, neurodevelopment, ADHD, and neurodiversity-affirming coaching, and I hold ICF-accredited coach training.
This work suits people who want to be involved in their own process, and who are ready to build lives and relationships that work with them, not against them.

Grow Your Vision
“You do not have to become someone new.
You only need to remember who you were before the world told you to be someone else.”

Book a Discovery Conversation
If you’d like to explore whether this work feels right for you, we usually begin with a short discovery conversation (around 30 minutes).
This is a relaxed, no-pressure space to talk about what’s been going on for you, what you’re looking for support with, and whether working together would be a good fit. There’s no expectation to commit - it’s simply a chance to ask questions and get a sense of how this work is held.
You’re welcome to book a free discovery call below. If the available times don’t work for you, feel free to reach out by email.
