ADHD Coaching & Mentoring

Understand your mind. Build a life that fits.
For people with ADHD who want more than symptom management and less self-blame.
You may be capable and intelligent, yet still feel overwhelmed or exhausted from managing your mind. You might understand ADHD in theory, but struggle to see how it shapes your energy, emotions, focus, and daily life.
This work starts with curiosity, not fixing. We explore how ADHD shows up for you and build ways of living that work with it, not against it. Where helpful, simple digital and AI-supported tools are used to reduce mental load and support follow-through between sessions.
The focus shifts from coping to alignment: rhythms that respect your energy, structures that feel supportive, and choices that reflect who you are. You remain the expert - I support clarity, experimentation, and sustainable change.
Relationship Coaching for ADHD

Steadier connection, without losing yourself
This work is for people who want better connection in their relationships but feel stuck in repeating patterns - with a partner, family member, friend, or at work.
You might be navigating conflict, distance, or misunderstanding. You may overthink conversations, hold back what you really want to say, feel over-responsible, reactive, or unsure how to speak up without things escalating.
When ADHD or different processing styles are involved, emotions can intensify and miscommunication can happen more easily - especially when nervous systems work in different ways.
This coaching helps you understand what’s happening underneath those patterns and respond with more clarity and steadiness. The aim isn’t perfect relationships or changing other people, but feeling more grounded, resourced, and confident in how you show up, so connection feels lighter, clearer, and more your own.
ADHD Career Development

Clear direction that fits how you think and work
For capable professionals with ADHD who feel stuck, restless, or unsure what their next step should be.
You may be doing well on the outside, yet quietly questioning your direction, confidence, or sense of fit at work. You might feel torn between staying and changing, knowing you’re capable of more but unclear what that means now.
This support helps you regain clarity and move forward in a way that feels steady and sustainable. The aim isn’t to push for answers, but to help you make decisions you trust - and build a working life that fits your energy, values, and ADHD.
Welcome - I’m Kat. I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m an ADHD and relationship coach working with adults who think deeply, feel a lot, and want to move through life with more steadiness and self-trust.
My work is grounded in understanding rather than fixing. We look at how you think, feel, and respond in real life - especially under pressure - and build support that fits you. The process is collaborative and practical, blending reflection with real-world experimentation.
Alongside coaching, I work confidently with digital and AI-supported tools. When useful, I integrate simple, ethical technology aligned to your needs - to reduce mental load, support clarity, and help you follow through between sessions. Tools are always optional, tailored, and used in service of your nervous system, not productivity for its own sake.
My approach is shaped by lived experience and professional training across mental health, neurodevelopment, ADHD, and neurodiversity-affirming coaching, with ICF-accredited coach training.
This work is for people who want to be actively involved in their process and ready to build lives and relationships that work with them, not against them.
