ADHD Coaching & Mentoring

Understand the way your brain leads. Then build around it.
You’ve spent years adapting to systems that weren’t designed for you. You’ve developed workarounds, compensated quietly, and produced results in spite of the friction.
Nothing is wrong with your brain. The systems around you simply may not have been designed for how it works.
This coaching focuses not only on productivity, but on building the regulation, clarity and decision-making needed for real change.
It starts with how your brain actually functions and builds from there - beginning with regulation and clarity, so that grounded decisions and meaningful change become possible.
No generic frameworks. No one-size strategies. Just thoughtful 1:1 coaching that treats your ADHD as an operating system - complex, capable and entirely yours.
ADHD Career Development

Your output should match your capability. If it doesn’t, that’s a systems problem.
Restlessness, inconsistency, the frustrating gap between your vision and your execution - these aren’t character flaws. They’re what happens when a high-performance ADHD brain is operating in an environment that wasn’t designed for it.
This coaching helps you understand how your mind works under pressure, build structures that support your cognitive style, and close the gap between potential and real-world output. From there, we focus on clearer decisions, stronger professional boundaries, and a way of working that allows your capability to show up consistently.
At work, this often means building the clarity and structures that allow your capability and decision-making to show up consistently.
If you’re employed, Access to Work funding may cover your sessions.
Relationship Coaching for ADHD

Your ADHD doesn’t stay at work. Neither does the cost of masking it.
Communication, emotional intensity, intimacy, repair - relationships ask a great deal of a nervous system that is already running fast.
This coaching helps you understand your patterns in connection - not as flaws, but as signals that something specific needs attention and change. We work with regulation, communication and clarity so that relationships become steadier and more honest.
More of you present in them.
Grow Your Vision
“You do not have to become someone new. You only need to remember who you were before the world told you to be someone else.”
– Glennon Doyle
Welcome - I’m Kat. I’m so glad you’re here.
I'm a clinical ADHD specialist and ICM Master Coach with 17 years of healthcare experience, working with adults who think deeply, feel intensely, and want to move through life with greater steadiness and self-trust.
My work is grounded in understanding rather than fixing. Together we explore how you think, feel, and respond in real life - especially under pressure - and build support that genuinely fits how your mind and nervous system operate.
The process is collaborative and practical, blending reflection with real-world experimentation. Along the way we work with regulation, clarity and grounded decision-making so that change becomes sustainable, not another system to maintain.
Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable professionals who know they have more potential than their current systems allow.
Alongside coaching, I also work confidently with digital and AI-supported tools. When useful, I integrate simple, ethical technology aligned with your needs - to reduce mental load, support clarity, and help you follow through between sessions. Tools are always optional, tailored, and used in service of your nervous system, not productivity for its own sake.

Complimentary
Discovery Conversation
This is a relaxed, no-pressure space to talk about what’s been going on for you, what you’re looking for support with, and whether working together would be a good fit.
You don’t need to prepare anything or have everything figured out - the conversation simply helps us see what might be helpful for you at this stage.
There’s no expectation to commit - it’s simply a chance to ask questions and get a sense of how this work is held.

Coaching Application Form
You’re welcome to complete a short coaching application instead. It gives you space to reflect on what you’re navigating right now and helps me understand how I can best support you. Once submitted, I’ll personally be in touch to arrange a complimentary discovery conversation.
If it feels easier to write before you speak, this is a steady first step.
