Welcome - I’m Kat. I’m so glad you’re here.

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and quietly aware that something between their potential and their daily reality isn't adding up. Not for lack of trying, not for lack of intelligence, but because the systems around them were never built for how they actually work.

I'm Kat - a clinical ADHD specialist and ICM Master Coach with 17 years of experience across NHS and healthcare settings. My work is grounded in understanding rather than fixing. Together we explore how you think, feel, and respond - especially under pressure - and build support that genuinely fits your mind and nervous system.

The goal isn't another system to maintain. It's steadiness, clarity, and a way of living that feels sustainable and true to who you are.
