Cancellation Policy
Lumivera Coaching & Consulting Limited is appointment-only, and all sessions are booked in advance. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Notice given within 24 hours is treated as a late cancellation, and the session is forfeited - no credit, no reschedule. A missed session without contact is treated the same way. Genuine emergencies are different. If illness, bereavement, or a sudden crisis gets in the way, email info@lumiveracoaching.co.uk as soon as you can. One emergency reschedule is honoured per package, with further requests considered case by case. Either of us can end the agreement with 7 days' written notice; sessions already delivered are never refunded. Full terms are set out in the Coaching Agreement and Terms & Conditions, available on request.
Complaints Statement
In the event of a concern or complaint, please contact Lumivera Coaching & Consulting Limited in the first instance by email to info@lumiveracoaching.co.uk. We are committed to resolving concerns promptly and in good faith. Lumivera Coaching & Consulting is a respectful enterprise that aims to treat clients with respect and dignity at all times. When raising a concern or complaint, please do so appropriately, as aggression, threats, and violence will not be tolerated. Lumivera Coaching & Consulting maintains the right to decline to support any individual.
Statement of Safety
Lumivera Coaching & Consulting Limited is not a service that provides crisis support. If the client is experiencing thoughts of harming themselves or others, please get in touch with the emergency services (999/111).
If the client feels that they are experiencing a physical or mental health condition for which they are not receiving support, please make an appointment with your GP, who will signpost you to the most appropriate help.
