Meet Your Coach & Mentor
More Than Coaching — A Space to Meet Yourself

At its heart, my work is about creating a space where you can build a real, honest, and compassionate relationship with yourself, because that relationship is the foundation for everything else in your life.

When we work together, I don’t see you as someone who needs fixing. I see you as someone who deserves to be witnessed, fully seen, not just for the parts you’ve polished, but for the whole, complex, brilliant human you already are.

In this space, you are invited to meet yourself fully — not the version you were told to be, but the person who already exists underneath the conditioning, self-doubt, and old stories.

Together, we make space for all of it — your voice, your emotions, your strengths, your fears, your desires, because every part of you belongs here.

This isn’t about quick fixes or following someone else’s formula. It’s about reconnecting you to your inner voice, your natural strengths, and your unique way of moving through the world, so you can trust yourself again.

My Approach

I integrate tools from:
-
CTI Coaching – centring vision, balance, and actionable progress.
-
ADHD Coaching & Mentoring – practical strategies and psychoeducation.
-
The Mastery Method – a rich somatic toolkit that moves from mindset and emotional integration into embodied self-worth and aligned action; identity work builds true confidence.

Sessions are spacious, yet structured. Grounded, yet expansive.

My Journey

My own journey through burnout, reinvention, and inner healing has shaped the way I show up. Over the past 13 years, I’ve walked a path of self-discovery that’s taught me what it means to lead from within - navigating the edges of being human with gentleness and grit.

I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when we meet ourselves fully, and as I met myself, my life evolved - relationships deepened, leadership emerged, and dreams became possible. This work is about returning to presence, to your knowing, and creating a life that’s truly yours.

My journey has also been shaped by a deep passion for helping individuals of all ages discover their strengths, uncover their truth, and create lives that feel fulfilling and aligned with who they are.
As a neurodivergent woman, I understand the realities of a fast-moving brain and sensitive nervous system, and I’m passionate about helping others step out from behind the mask and embrace who they truly are.

Whether you’re navigating ADHD, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, or simply yearning for more, more clarity, more truth, more aliveness - I’m here to walk with you.
Professional Background
I’m a  Nurse Specialist in ADHD, Professional Co-Active Coach, Neurodiversity Coach and Mentor, and Transformational Coach trained in somatic and emotional mastery. With over decade of professional experience across physical health nursing, mental health, and neurodiversity, particularly autism and ADHD, I bring a deeply integrative approach that bridges clinical expertise with compassionate, embodied coaching.

Over the past 6 years, I’ve supported children, adolescents, and adults with ADHD across both NHS and private settings, gaining not only extensive clinical experience but a deep respect for the complexity of being human, especially when navigating emotional overwhelm, identity, and neurodivergence.

In 2018, I became a Certified Co-Active Coach through CTI, which allowed me to bring deeper presence, empowerment, and authenticity into my work. My specialism in ADHD coaching is rooted in both professional expertise and lived experience.

Currently, I’m expanding my practice through advanced training with the Institute of Coaching Mastery (ICF-accredited), integrating therapeutic and somatic modalities to support clients in emotional regulation, nervous system healing, and embodied transformation.

Alongside this, I weave in psychoeducation, relational coaching, and nervous system-informed tools, creating a holistic space that honours both your humanity and your neurodivergence.

Over the past five years, I’ve delivered more than 1,000 neurodevelopmental assessments across both the NHS and private sectors, supporting adults, children, and families through ADHD diagnostics and post-diagnostic care. My clinical practice is underpinned by over 600 hours of specialist training in ADHD and Autism, including modules from the British Paediatric Neurology Association, Takeda, and Attwood & Garnett, and NHS-based training in mental health, eating disorders, anxiety, and low mood. This includes advanced learning in neurochemistry, subtle presentations in autistic women and girls, and the evolving landscape of digital interventions. In parallel, I’m currently supporting an ADHD centre in the Netherlands in research focused on improving diagnostic approaches for girls and women.
