Meet Your Coach & Mentor

More Than Coaching - A Space to Meet Yourself

I’m Kat, the founder of Lumivera.

I support people who are thoughtful, capable, and often deeply sensitive - people who think a lot, feel a lot, and carry responsibility, yet sense they’ve become disconnected from themselves along the way. My work is about helping you return to clarity, confidence, and inner steadiness, so you can lead your life with intention rather than pressure.

This space was not created for constant striving or self-fixing. It exists for those who want a calmer mind, clearer direction, and a way of living that feels aligned and sustainable - in work, in relationships, and in everyday life.

From the outside, many of my clients appear steady, composed, and high-functioning. They are often trusted by others and capable in complex environments. Internally, however, their experience can be very different: a fast or restless mind, emotional intensity, a highly sensitive nervous system, and a constant sense of needing to hold everything together. Over time, this can lead to quiet overwhelm, self-doubt, and a feeling of being disconnected from who they really are.

I know this experience personally. Before I ever supported clients, I lived inside it. I spent years overthinking, people-pleasing, and carrying responsibility while feeling emotionally fragile beneath the surface. I tried to fix myself, only to discover that real change began when I stopped forcing and started listening inward with honesty and compassion. That shift reshaped how I live, relate, and lead.

Through deep personal work and rigorous professional training, I rebuilt my life from the inside out. I learned how clarity, boundaries, and kind self-leadership create steadiness rather than strain. I replaced pressure with presence, perfectionism with purpose, and chaos with structure that actually supports me.

My professional background reflects this integration. I am trained through the Institute of Coaching Mastery, an ICF-accredited programme that brings together somatic, emotional, mindset, and spiritual layers of change. I also bring over 15 years of experience across mental health, neurodevelopment, ADHD, trauma-informed, neurodiversity-informed practice, and digital health. Alongside this, I work with ethical, human-centred uses of AI and modern tools - supporting clarity and structure without losing humanity or depth.

The name Lumivera means light through truth. It reflects what I believe creates real transformation: honest awareness, compassionate clarity, and structures - internal and external - that support the person you are becoming.

My coaching is calm yet direct, spacious yet precise. I listen carefully, notice patterns quickly, and help simplify what feels overwhelming. I support people to move from reaction to intention, from self-doubt into steadier self-trust, and from chaos into clarity - in ways that are practical, embodied, and sustainable.

Today, my work spans ADHD coaching, career clarity and self-leadership and personal transformation. While the pathways may differ, the intention remains the same: to help you build a way of living and working that feels grounded, confident, and true to who you are.

If you feel drawn to this work, I would be honoured to support you. This is a space to meet yourself - and to move forward with clarity and care.
