The Process

Discovery Conversation
A focused 30-minutes conversation about what you need and where you want to go. No obligation. I’ll tell you honestly whether coaching is the right next step.

Clarity Session
A dedicated first session to meet you where you actually are and to look ahead at where you want to go. We map what's present, what's been driving things beneath the surface, and begin to build a picture of what becomes possible when your work is finally aligned with who you are.

Package of sessions
Coaching sessions are planned and tailored to you based on what you need and where you want to go.
For clients with ADHD - sessions can be funded through Access to Work if you're employed or self-funded if preferred.
